Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on refractive laser procedures, including PRK, Flap, and ICR. Familiarity with Lenticule removal is highly valued.
- Provide guidance to Optometrists on patient planning for Excimer and Femtosecond laser
- Train and mentor Ophthalmologists during refractive laser wet lab.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting Topography and Pentacam reports.
- Demonstrate expertise in performing refraction procedures.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Ophthalmology field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical or Similar.
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
