Healthcare Manpower:
Started in 2012, ATC’s Healthcare Manpower Services division is a leading provider of highly qualified and trained medical professionals for the healthcare sector in Kuwait. Range of services that the Company provides include recruiting, training, and orientation to employee management. ATC provides paramedical professionals across various disciplines such as Medical Radiographers, Phlebotomists, Laboratory Technicians, Pharmacists and Nurses through a structured screening process. ATC is focused on specialized training to ensure quality of medical professionals.
In line with the Company’s guiding principle of being a preferred employer of choice in Kuwait, ATC is focused on employee satisfaction which is reflected in a very low attrition level of around 1%. ATC has already placed over 1,050 professionals: 720 technical and 330 nurses.
