Ghassan Mamlouk has been the CEO of ATC since 2003, driving significant advancements in Kuwait’s healthcare and environmental sectors.

His journey at ATC began in 1989, progressing from Commercial Director to General Manager, and finally to CEO. Under his leadership, ATC has introduced major healthcare projects that markedly improved the sector’s effectiveness and accessibility.

Mr. Mamlouk holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida, USA, and brings over 38 years of experience across sales, marketing, technical, and administrative roles. His tenure is characterized by a legacy of innovation, expansion, and commitment to excellence, establishing ATC as a leader in its fields.
